From the 1st to the 4th May 2003 the charming setting of the Catello di Masino in Caravino (TO) is hosting the eighth edition of Tre giorni di Giardino ( Three Garden days). The event is organised by the piemontese Garden Academy on behalf of FAI: New to this year's market exhibition is a section dedicated to researchers of rare plants: shade plants, ancient trees and one hundred types of vase-grown vines. For the whole of May the Centro Botanico Moutan in Vitorchiano (VT) is opening it's 10 hectare nursery to the public, where its' extraordinary collection of peonies can be admired, along with 150 000 plants of 600 varieties which have found their natural habitat in the countryside surrounding Lazio. Holland  
Only a few days left to visit the Keukenhof park in Lisse. This expanse of bulbs is the only one of its kind in the world and it is only open between March and May. Furthermore in the final closing days up to the 18th May, the park will host two exhibitions: one on paintings dedicated to tulips and the other on tulipmania. For information: info@keukenhof.nl
